Different creative approaches can foster harmony or create conflict. How can we welcome creativity into our workplaces?
Designed for work teams, this experiential workshop introduces tools for building a culture of creativity. Team members will discover their individual creative problem-solving styles and explore how these styles influence relationships and collaboration. Participants will identify shared values and learn research-based strategies for cultivating creative thinking.
Creativity is a complex function that enables problem solving and solution discovery. Whether it’s to improve an existing process or create a new product, the quality of the end result relies on creative capacity. At the organizational level, creativity is directly linked to productivity and the quality of solutions. At the individual level, it improves retention, motivation, and engagement.
For the public sector, creativity can help organizations to better serve citizens. Faced with complex social problems that are continually changing, public sector organizations need to be able to identify new and novel ways to solve problems and are tasked with approaching issues from different perspectives.
